DO I NEED TO BE AT A CERTAIN FITNESS LEVEL TO START YOUR PROGRAMS?

Absolutely not, you have to start somewhere! When I started my triathlon journey, I could barely swim a length of the pool and I owned a rusty bike that took way too much effort to pedal.

I ALREADY SWIM WITH A GROUP. WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO DO THAT WHILE FOLLOWING YOUR PLAN?

The goal is to find a training routine that will work for you. If you have a training group that you love to meet with we will include that in our plan.

DO I NEED ANY SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT TO FOLLOW YOUR PLANS?

Besides your running shoes, swim goggles and a bike, we can work with whatever equipment you have available. A watch with a reliable heart rate monitor is helpful but not a requirement.
