WINTER PROGRAMS

RUN CLUB
Join Swift Endurance for a 14-week training program that builds towards the TC10K. Runners meet weekly for a coached workout focusing on hills, speed, or tempo. Workouts are designed to support all fitness levels, although some running experience is encouraged. Runners will also be provided with a training schedule that includes weekly "homework" runs to assist you in your training.
Registration opens November 28th.

GROUP SWIMMING
Join Swift Endurance for a structured swim workout to help you improve both your fitness and swim stroke. A great program for triathletes, or just swim fitness! If you can comfortably swim 50m, this program will work for you! We will have Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights available!
