RUN CLUB

Join Swift Endurance for a 14-week training program that builds towards the Thanksgiving weekend 8K or half-marathon. Runners meet weekly for a coached workout focusing on hills, speed, or tempo. Workouts are designed to support all fitness levels, although some running experience is encouraged if attempting the half marathon. Runners will also be provided with a training schedule that includes weekly "homework" runs to assist you in your training.
