SWIFT ENDURANCE RUN CLUB
Join Swift Endurance for a 13-week 10K training program. Runners meet every Saturday morning for a coached workout focusing on hills, speed, or tempo. Workouts are designed and suitable for all abilities from first timer runners to those wanting to set a new personal best! Runners will also be provided with a training schedule that includes weekly "homework" runs to assist you in your training.
Chris offers a range of online running and triathlon coaching options from single-event preparation to year round training. A minimum 3 month commitment is required and coaching packages range from $75-200 per month. All packages include a Training Peaks subscription and regular communication. Some packages include monthly one-on-one coaching sessions making this an exceptional deal.
