GROUP TRIATHLON TRAINING

Registration for fall training at Panorama Recreation is open! We have separated our swim and bike registrations to accommodate busy schedules.

 

GROUP SWIM WORKOUTS

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:15-9:15PM in the Panorama lap pool. These workouts are designed to improve your swimming technique and fitness. Swimmers should be able to swim at least 50m (2 lengths) continuously.

SPIN CLASS

Saturdays from 8:00-9:00AM in the Panorama fitness studio. Chris will lead you through a 50min. spin class to help prepare you for the 2023 tri season.
